David Fox began his professional life as a teacher, but soon switched to acting. He has been a mainstay of the Toronto theatre scene for many years, and has appeared in numerous films for television and general release. He was featured in Sir Richard Attenborough's epic Grey Owl and the sci-fi spoof 2001: A Space Travesty, as well as the made-for-TV film The Pentagon Papers.
