Jeffrey is best known for his rolls in the 1975 hit movie Jaws as Deputy Hendricks, he reprised his roll in the 1978 sequel Jaws 2. His other horror movie is in the 1981 horror movie Halloween II. His most recent film was in the 1989 movie The 'burbs.
Jeffrey's television roll was in the series Struck by Lightning.
He has made guest appearances on tv shows, some of those appearances range from Barney Miller, Happy Days, Baretta, and Ally McBeal.
