Colin Hanks

With starring roles in four upcoming feature films next year, Colin Hanks is quickly becoming one of Hollywood's most sought-after new leading men.

In addition to Untraceable, Hanks will portray Troy Gable, an aspiring writer who takes a job as a tour manager for an aging magician known as The Great Buck Howard with John Malkovich. The film is scheduled to premiere at the Sundance Film Festival. Hanks will then segue into the ensemble comedy I Know What Boys Like with Anna Faris and Katharine McPhee. Lastly, he co-stars in the action-comedy My Mom's New Boyfriend opposite Meg Ryan, Antonio Banderas and Selma Blair for director George Gallo.

Hanks was last seen in the Universal film King Kong, directed by Peter Jackson. Additional film credits include Paramount's Orange County, Miramax's comedy Get Over It, with Kirsten Dunst, the independent film Alone With Her , Standing Still, Rx, 11:14, Whatever It Takes and Steven Spielberg's award-winning 10-part miniseries Band of Brothers for HBO.

In 2002, Colin appeared, to critical acclaim, in the theatrical performance of This Is Our Youth, written by Ken Lonergan at the Garrick Theater in London's West End.
