I've red the book "In the absence of angels" wich was written by his wife Elizabeth. I liked it very much and I want to know how are Jake and Elizabeth today.

Elizabeth, his first wife died in 1994 of AIDS, too. Paul is remaried and got a daugther with his new wife Tracy.

Jake is doing fine so far. He's HIV positiv but is still doing fine.
