Harry J. Lennix
Harry J. Lennix is an accomplished film, television and theater actor with numerous credits to his name. Lennix recently gave an extraordinary performance as Aaron the Moor in Titus, Julie Taymor's critically acclaimed film adaptation of Titus Adronicus. Lennix's other film credits include Fraternity Boys, Nightman, Dogwater, Get on the Bus, Clockers, Bob Roberts, Mo' Money, The Five Heartbeats and The Package.
The Chicago native has an extensive list of theatrical credits which includes several award-winning performances. Lennix is a three-time recipient of the Joseph Jefferson Citation for Outstanding Performance. He also won a 1990 Obie Award for his outstanding performance as Malcolm X in The Meeting. Lennix's other theatrical credits include A Midsummer Night's Dream, Macbeth, The Great Gatsby, Kiss of the Spider Woman, Masterpieces, and Advice to the Players.
Lennix's television credits include St. Michael's Crossing, Ally McBeal, The Practice, ER, Murder One and Chicago Hope.
