David Leisure
David Leisure portrayed Charley Dietz, Dr. Harry Weston's mooching next-door-neighbor on NBC's hit comedy series Empty Nest. He first began acting while in high school and then studied drama at Grossmont College and San Diego State University. He starred in several plays at San Diego's Old Globe Theatre.
After moving to Los Angeles, he made his screen debut in the role of a Hare Krishna devotee in the hit comedy film Airplane! He also appeared in numerous television commercials, but is best known for the role of the inveterate liar Joe Isuzu, of the Isuzu automobile commercials.
Leisure has recently guest starred on several television series such as Caroline in The City, Honey, I Shrunk The Kids, For Your Love, The Parent Hood, Touched By An Angel, The Wayans Brothers and HBO's Perversions Of Science. His television movie credits include Hart To Hart, The Outsider and Venus, Goddess of Love.
Leisure has appeared in recent feature films including The Brady Bunch Movie, Nowhere, Fallout and Dogmatic.
