| by john murf Hi folks: For all you true blue Bobby Joy fans, I think I may have a trivia doozie for you. Does anyone know the first time he starred in a stage production ? It was an amateur production, not one of his many professional roles. So, what was the show, when and where was it staged, and what role did Bobby .... errr, excuse me, he's Robert now !! ... have in the production ? Me ?? I was working front of house for that run. Have fun researching this one. I'll post answers here in a while. Stay tuned. And Bobby, if you happen to read this, I'm glad to hear you're keeping up with your B-ball. You any better at it yet ?? | by Amber I've only been a fan of Robert's for about a year, upon discovering his amazingness in the film Land of the Dead. Since then I can't get enough of his work, and I'm building my DVD collection with his movies! I recently put together a fan group on the blog website Livejournal.com, to acknowledge his role as Sid Hammerback in CSI:NY. Feel free to join as I am shamelessly pimping the community as well as Robert! I'm excited about February of 2008, because I get to meet him (yay!) at a Horror Convention. | by narm I've followed Rob's career since he was a student in a class I taugt at Memorial University of Newfoundland. He was an incredible actor back then as well  !!!!! He also played in Shipping News, although I was disappointed that he didn't have more of a role...it would have been great to have had two Newfoundlanders (Rob and Gordon Pinset) playing opposite each other. Our loss.And now it looks as though he's got a well deserved full time job on CSI. Great going Rob. Comment on this... |
