Not that long ago I got a chance to work with Bill Irwin while he was doing a performance at my school, SUNY New Paltz. As I theatre major I got the chance to work as his dresser. He is a very kind and gracious man, not to mention his show was funny and warm. Afterwards he took myself and another student worker to eat at the town diner. He is a wonderful man.

Hi, I am trying to contact Bill Irwin for a performance date in 2004. If anyone can point me in the right direction to getting ahold of him it would be most appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Doug,

I'm a member of Sawdust Clowns in Stratford, Ct. I've been to the January Jambory and I saw you in Albany.

I just finished a class with Bill in N.H. at the Portsmouth Percussion Dance Festival. What a wonderful person and very good with names.
I got a picture of the two of us and an autograph. It was fantastic to be in his class !

I think the first web site for Bill by Elizabeth is your best bet. I also think you could get in touch with him at the Signature Theatre Company in September.

One of the best actors I've ever seen on stage, and very very kind and approachable off stage!
If only they were all just as nice.
