| by Delia He is an amazing actor and just perfection to look at. His face is so beautiful and he's so good at expressing emotions that seem deeper than time itself. And it doesn't hurt that he has a rockin' bod either. Comment on this... |

| by sharon Djimon in Beauty Shop just blew me away. I had seen him in other movies and was very impressed with his powerful presence and performance...but that sensitive and considerate man that engaged Gina was absloutely wonderful. To be able to express such caring means there must be so much beauty inside him. Comment on this... |

| by virginia I just had the pleasure of viewing In America, and Djimon's protrayal of Mateo was one of the most touching I've ever seen. I was totally riveted to the screen each time he was featured. What a wonderful performance - so masterfully executed. The film and Djimon were wonderful! I only wish I were still teaching (this is my first year of retirement from teaching high school English to seniors) I would have loved sharing this film with them - it is probably a film they haven't seen and I know they would have loved it and would have been better for having seen it! | by John I was disappointed... no, I was upset when Djimon did not get an oscar nomination for his role in Amistad. I don't think Hollywood appreciated the effort required by Djimon to learn a completely new language for this movie. This is probably a relfection of the ignorance on the part of Americans, of the diversity of languages and cultures on the African continent. Now, I am dis... still upset that Djimon does not have his name included in the trailer and ads as one of the stars of The Four Feathers. When is this phenomenal actor going to get his due? Peace, John Comment on this... |
