| by Paul David Gates I do not even know how my note has been included in this forum. But, when someone from the west coast comes to Columbus Ohio, and knows you are living in a white trash neighborhood like I was living in, and proceeds to tell me she "knows Paul Hogan", which I did not even understand why she said it I would like to know why she said that to me. My old address for which she knew I lived before she moved there was 384 E Maynard ave. She apparently graduated from REED college which does not have anything to do with READing a book. So where did she get her information about what went on in our house, and actually said something my brother had said over a telephone call. Also, where did she get the info about WISHES. I had nothing to do with the issue of wishes Neil, living in another house about 3 miles from our house called our house in the 1950's, and told my brother over the phone that he could grant 3 wishes to me. It was a dirty trick, and he even used our mom, and convinced her that because I was born with a physical defect, and she felt that she needed to help her son that they would pay the bills for the plastic surgery. Our dad ended up paying for that surgery, and both our mom and Mike were tricked. I did not even know at the time anything about that kind of stuff because the person that started that had a girl the same age as Mike meet Mike in school even though they knew we were there, and only made it look like a coincidence Comment on this... | ||||

| by Paul Gates Hi Mr Hogan I met your girlfriend in Columbus (Susan Nelson), and when I was dragged to Cincinnati I saw your picture at Kings Island, and I would guess you might have something to do with the international entertainment consortium that bought the Purple People Bridge Did you ever hear the song One Eyed One Horned Fly in a Purple People Eater? It was written by someone I have never talked to but it was written about me. Are you familiar with the speed of Light. You are from Lighting Ridge in North Wales. Do they play Australian Rules Football there? Comment on this... |

| by Fee David, do you realy consider your comment as rational? Come on, it is a humourous film that portrays todays society. Are you so blinded by homophobia that you have lost your sense of humour? Ask yourself why you don't find his portrayal in Crocodile Dundee of a hard drinking individual who carries a 10 inch boe knife around the streets of New York as disgusting? Personnaly I can see the funny side and enjoyed both films. I find it repulsive that in this day and age we still have people touting homophobic ideas; live and let live, none of us are perfect but we can all be tolerant. As you choose not to enjoy his latest film role I do. After all, freedom of choice as long as it is not harming anyone is what we are all supposed to be upholding. Get out more man and invest your time in learning to tolerate not spouting hate. We would all be better off for it. Regards, Fee Comment on this... | ||||

| by David I have wanted to post this since I've watched Hogan's last movie, "Strange Bedfellows" from 2004. First of all I was not aware what the movie was about when I first started watching it. As I sat through it I began to realize that it's movie about Paul Hogan(Vince) who is trying to avoid paying high taxes from the Austrailian government and to avoid doing this he has to "pretend" to be gay and living with another gay man. He convinces his best friend to act gay so that when a government officical comes around to verify this living arrangement it appears to be true. Then on top of this, his best friend's daughter who is supposted to be getting married or moving in with someone is also found out to be gay and dating a girl. This movie is disgusting to say the least, and I am very disappointed with Paul Hogan for even thinking about taking a role in such a perverse film. Everyone in Austrailia and everywhere else must think that being gay is okay, well I do not and find it very offensive. I hope that Mr. Hogan can read these e-mails and know that his acting is not appreciated in these kinds of films. He was great in Crocodile Dundee I and II, plus the other family films that he appears in, but this takes the cake. Paul if you're going to make movies like this, please stop making movies all together.......................................... Comment on this... |
