| by Kate Chapman I tend to disagree, I don't think that Dougie, just because he is Scottish, should necessarily be typecast as the next James Bond. The whole 'next James Bond' thing is a bit 'last decade'...yet Dougie has one fine face to meet all characters he portrays.
From the love-lorn Danny in This Year's Love to the severe mob frenzied Lucas Pilgrim, and even as his comedic role of Thomas Huxley in Darwin in Malibu at the Hampstead Theatre - it'd be a shame to label him as such a commercial character as his performances would always be compared as I think is the danger with many Bond actors.
It'd be interesting to find out what he actually would actually be like if he were to take on the role of a sports commentator. Seeing as that's his passion, I'd like to see him rise to to the challenge. Ooer.

| by Nicky Christodoulou I think that Douglas Henshall could play any character he wanted to. I loved him in Frances Tuesday. Last year he said that acting is his passion now, but there's no reason why he couldn't be a guest sports commentator. I hope someone will ask him. Did you know Douglas has a cool website www.douglashenshall.com?
