Albert Hall

Albert Hall was most recently seen on the big screen in Jonathan Demme's Beloved, and his credits also include Spike Lee's Malcolm X and Get On The Bus, Reginald Hudlin's The Great White Hype, Carl Franklin's Devil in a Blue Dress, Ed Zwick's Courage Under Fire, Daniel Stern's Rookie of the Year, Costa-Gavras's The Music Box and Betrayed, Alan Rudolph's Trouble in Mind and Gordon Parks' Leadbelly.

On television, Hall is seen in recurring roles on the popular Ally McBeal and as Judge Seynore Walsh on The Practice. He starred in the pilot for Brimstone and also has a recurring role on that show. He recently starred in the telefilm Swing Vote and his other telefilms include The Tiger Woods Story, Danielle Steel's Star, The Jackie Robinson Story, The Boys and Showtime's Uncle Tom's Cabin. His mini-series credits include The Long Hot Summer and Sophisticated Gents. Hall has an equally impressive theatre career, having been seen on Broadway in Black Picture Show, We Interrupt This Program, Ain't Supposed to be a Natural Death and Are You Now, Or Have You Ever Been? Off-Broadway credits include Streamers, Basic Training of Pavel Hummel, Wedding Band, Miss Julie, As You Like It and Richard III.
