I wrote a feature script for James Coburn who agreed to read it. Unfortunately it took me a year and a half and, by that time Mr Coburn died. One of the two main parts of my story was for a 75 old man. I can see Clint Eastwood in this part instead or directing it. I know, I am dreaming!
I am French (nobody's perfect) but I am living in England. Recently I won a stage play competition for the Fringe Edinburgh Festival and one of my long play is going to be performed in a small theatre in London in March. I also had 2 short film shot on my scripts.

Would Mr Eastwood accept to read my script or his agent?

Thanks for your help

I am a big Clint Eastwood fan. I heard somewhere that his fathers name at one time was Easterwood, could this be true?

My Australian partner and I just wrote a screenplay, and both of us think Mr. Eastwood would like this as it is very original and unusual. Can anyone help us locate him or have his contact details?

Clint Eastwood is libertarian (Fri Aug 4, 2006 11:03pm ET)report post
by Nick Wilson
I agree that Eastwood should run for president in 2008. But Eastwood is not really the "Republican base" kind of guy - he is a libertarian. In that sense, I think he should run for the Libertarian Party, in order to bring that party on the national map, get them into the debates, and change the course of political dialogue by bringing forward a real third party. Just imagine him staring down Hillary or Bill Frist and calling them out on their authoritarian bs. I see it in my dreams.

How to reach some one unattainable like Clint Eastwood. I wrote a feature film script tailored for him. Where could I speak about it to Clint Eastwood. Does he have the time to read comment in this forum? I am French but I live in England and I am a writer. I am also a member of Shooting People in London. I've just won a play competition for the Fringe Festival in Edinburgh. I write for the cinema and the theater.
Thanks anyone for their advice or their reply.

Rawhide Pinball machine (Wed Jul 5, 2006 4:54pm ET)report post
by Ken
Hi All,
I don't know if this is proper for this forum or not. If not, I'm sorry in advance.

I'm selling a Stern "Rawhide" movie based pinball machine that dates to 1977. Since Rawhide was a major part in Clint Eastwoods career, I thought there might be a fan that would like to have it. It is in mint, playing condition. If anyone is interested in it, contact me at kend@lemur.org. It is located in Maryland.
