Rapper and Roc-a-fella Records co-founder, Jay-Z AKA Jigga AKA Shawn Carter plays the Over Boss in State Property. Making his music video debut in the early 90's in the Big Jaz video, Hawaiian Sophie, Brooklyn's own Jay-Z has been starring in his own videos since he and Damon Dash hired Abdul Malik Abbott to direct his first video I can't get wit that in 1994. Several videos later, Jay-Z starred in the long-form video Streets Is Watching. The Grammy-Award winning, Platinum artist has recently co-starred in the documentary film Hard Knock Life Tour (2000) and State Property (2001).
