Kevin Pollak began his career as a stand-up comedian in his hometown, San Francisco. In 1988, he began his film career in a stand-out role in Ron Howard's Willow. In 1990, Barry Levinson tapped Pollak for a co-starring role in Barry Levinson's Avalon, for which he received an overwhelming response from the film community. In quick succession, he co-starred with Steve Martin in L.A. Story; in Rob Reiner's A Few Good Men, starring Tom Cruise, Demi Moore and Jack Nicholson; and opposite Walter Matthau in Grumpy Old Men.

His diverse credits include Indian Summer, Miami Rhapsody, Canadian Bacon, Chameleon, House Arrest and Martin Scorsese's Casino. He also starred in the highly acclaimed The Usual Suspects, opposite Gabriel Byrne and Kevin Spacey.

Most recently, Pollak starred in the hit teen comedy She's All That with Rachael Leigh Cook and Freddie Prinze Jr., and in the supernatural thriller End of Days, opposite Arnold Schwarzenegger and Gabriel Byrne. Upcoming, Pollak will be starring in the political thriller, Deterrence.

Pollak has starred in two of his own HBO stand-up comedy specials, One Night Stand and Kevin Pollak: Stop With the Kicking, directed by David Steinberg. He is a regular on The Tonight Show, The Late Show With David Letterman and Conan O'Brien. His television credits include a role in the award-winning series From the Earth To the Moon and the crime telepic The Underworld, which he also co-created and co-executive produced.
