Michael Carter
Michael Carter (born June 29, 1947) is a film and television actor whose work in film began with An American Werewolf in London in 1982, though he is probably best known for his portrayal of the minor character, Bib Fortuna, in the Star Wars movie Return of the Jedi.
Born in London, he studied at RADA and first appeared in UK television in 1980 on Agatha Christie's Partners in Crime.
