And it just keeps getting better and better.... (Fri Dec 29, 2006 10:10pm ET)report post

The Girl - a thoroughly enjoyable role.
A Dance to the Music of Time - another dazzling performance - period pieces definitely JC's "thing".
Mosley - absolutely flawless - one could truly believe JC was indeed Tom Mosley - arguably his most outstanding performance, awesome in the extreme.
Honest - this one made me laugh - he is the only bright spark in an otherwise unremarkable film.
The Swap - a very cool bad guy you just love to hate - so hoping he would get away with it all... some humour listening to him try to pull off an Aussie accent - next time I'll coach you, Jonathan....

Yes, he is a very talented actor. I saw him on Broadway in Medea, and he was very good. And more sex appeal in his ear lobe than most Hollywood actors have in their entire bodies. He has this "manliness" about him. I'm glad he married a quirky non sex-kittenish girl. Only makes me like him more.

WOW - you are sooo lucky, Claudia, to have seen him in the flesh in "Medea"! It must have been brilliant! I absolutely agree with you - he's a man's man, woman's man, super spunk. His sex appeal is almost palpable, it drips from his pores like sweat...
I've been eating up everything I can get my hands on - The Jump, Cold Lazarus, The Thin Blue Line, The One and Only, The Tenant of Wildfell Hall, The Hollow, True Blue, River World, and I have several others I haven't got to yet. I've watched "Empire" twice - his talent is remarkable, he is incredibly versatile, his ability for accents is amazing, I think he could play any part successfully - I have a feeling he will rise to great heights if he makes the right choices - what more can I say?
Obsessed? Well, maybe just a little.....
In love? Definitely.

Anyone seen Jonathan in this incredible film??
He plays Dr. Josef Mengele, "The Angel of Death" - he really blew me away this time, a stunning performance, even better I think than the late Greg Peck in the same role in "The Boys from Brazil"...not your typical holocaust film, but definitely worth watching.

The English certainly have more then their share of
MEN actors. I get so tiered with the majority of US TV
being filed with pretty boys. Give us more Men
like Jonathan that have great acting talent and nice to
look at .

Absolutely and totally agree with you, Andrea!
The man is an awesome actor, mind you, I have only seen him in a couple of things, but am buying the rest - I can't imagine how I never noticed him before or how he eluded me for so long! His portrayal of Tyrannus in "Empire" was inspiring to say the least, and last night I saw him in "Diamond Girl" - his performance as an American was so amazing it almost scared me. I can't wait to see all his other stuff - the guy is brilliant! And, as you say, real easy on the eyes too....
