Alan Devine is an honors graduate of Trinity College, Dublin, where he studied philosophy and sociology. He has been a member of the Stanislavski Studio in Dublin's Focus Theatre since 1992 and his theatre credits include Hello Stranger, The Balcony, The Tempest, Alice, The Winter's Tale, Wild Harvest, Men Without Shadows, Something About Us, Hard Times, Romeo and Juliet and the lead role in Hamlet.. His film credits include Dirty Old Town, Frankie Starlight, Angela Mooney Dies Again, Miracle at Midnight, Home and Nora.
