The Royal Scots Dragoon Guards are making their way across the U.S. (Tue Feb 26, 2008 5:58pm ET)report post
by Sam W
My friend recently introduced me to this band called The Royal Scots Dragoon Guards and their music is great. It's really soothing after a long day of being stuck in L.A. traffic, strict deadlines, or family troubles. It's like a little "Your Love Echoes Around the World" suddenly makes things all better. Take a listen at http://www.scotsdg.com/ or http://www.myspace.com/spiritoftheglen

Mr. Capone-E and Lil' Flip (Thu Nov 30, 2006 6:10pm ET)report post
by basmusiq
What up, what up, what up everybody? So most of you hip hop fans have probably heard that Mr. Capone-E and Lil Flip just released an album called "Connected". My boss at Universal just gave me a copy and Im really feelin it. The beats are pretty nice, so that makes it a lot better. Anyone else heard it? What do you think?

pop music for the kids (Tue Aug 15, 2006 6:14pm ET)report post
by Haley Green
the cheetah girls 2 soundtrack is good pop music for kids (especially between the ages of 6 and 12). i got my daughter a copy at work (umg) before it was released on aug 15 and she loves it. she loves singing and dancing along to the songs and i love the fact that the music is clean of foul language. check the soundtrack out at http://psc.disney.go.com/disneychannel/originalmovies/cheetahgirls/ and let me know what you think!

Haven't heard their music yet, but I've heard a lot of good things about them. I'll check out their music later. Thanks for sharing this. It's a good recommendation to my aunt who has two children, 6 and 10.

your music is stunted and so very neanderthalic to say the least, bruce

you are so very lucky that you ever made it in the music world

you would have never gotten ahead in the eastern hemisphere - only in musically mindless north america

millions still yet thrashing in their parent's garages are still able to dwarf
your technically mundane "compositions"

please enroll in a theory class

have a great day

If you love free stuff, great news. There will a free show in New York's Central Park this Friday July 28. I learned from work at Fontana that Edie Brickell and New Bohemians will be performing. If you're a fan check out www.newbohemians.com to get more info about the upcoming show. If not, go anyway if you're in the area-IT'S FREE!

Bruce on the Big Screen - November 14th @ 7 PM (Tue Nov 8, 2005 2:47pm ET)report post
by Matt
I just found an easy way to pick up tickets for the only Springsteen concert in select theaters across the United States for one night only, Monday, November 14th @ 7 PM. The website is www.bigscreenconcerts.com. I've seen Bruce and the E Streeters perform live, but I'm not going to miss this chance to see live footage from the 1975 Hammersmith Concert, which I have heard is the only full-length concert ever produced from the band's first 25 years. This would be great to see on the big screen.
