Regarding your biography of Richard Cromwell/LeRoy Melvin Radabaugh:

There are some errors/omissions in this biography that I would like to bring to your attention. I am one of Roy Radabaugh’s nieces (his brother’s daughter). My name is Joan Radabaugh (born July, 1932). Roy’s father’s name was RALPH R. RADABAUGH (not Hobart). Ralph R Radabaugh did, in fact, die of influenza during the pandemic of 1918. Roy was the second oldest of the five children of Ralph R. and Fay B. Stocking Radabaugh.
Richard Cromwell traveled to New York to appear on the Broadway stage in the 1936-1937 season. He also appeared in a play at the Los Angeles Biltmore Theater in 1939. (I have playbills for three of these stage plays.)
The two art deco oil paintings that hang in the Pantages Theater were done by Roy in the late 1930 ‘s or early 40’s. He did use his screen name--Richard Cromwell--in marketing his ceramic art. (I have an original copy of his first catalog). Roy continued his ceramics/architectural tile work up until shortly before his death in 1960. In addition, he was preparing for a return to the theater in Los Angeles at the time his cancer was diagnosed.

Hi Joan Radabaugh--My name is Bill Keane and I hope this message reaches you as we are 2nd or 3rd cousins, once or twice removed. I'm the guy that wrote most of that wikipedia article which appears reprinted in filmbug. I know our mutual cousin Dan Putnam, and met Opal Radabaugh Putnam (your aunt?) many times over the years. I will reference the changes you mentioned, though Dan never said anything and I've sent him copies of the article many times. I, like Dan, and like you, have a treasure trove of "Cousin Roy"/Richard Cromwell memorabilia gathered from my Stocking relatives on my mom, Sally's side. (Sally met Roy on several occasions when she was growing up and my late great Aunt Marguerite Buttrey was very close to him). In fact, I've even corresponded with Angela Lansbury over the years about Cromwell. Please wmail me at: keane4@mindspring.com.
Thanks regards, Bill K.
