I'm troubled by the ommission, not only on your site, but almost every other page I have visited on Miss Bergen, of her stunning performance in the ferociously violent movie, Soldier Blue, which tells the truth of how the west was was really one. Could this be that the movie's graphic depiction of the massacre of Cheyenne women and children by US troops is far too controversial for these Bush dominated times? Whether you rate this film or not, surely it is worthy of a mention as it was groundbreaking in its day, and still has the power to shock?
