Eric Braeden is a solid leading man due to televisioin, particularly Y&R. Without it, he probably would have been a solid character actor, as indeed he was, guest starring on a bazillion TV shows. Other than to acknowledge his good work and longevity, he stands out for me particularly for a time I saw him on Larry King. He is an outspoken proponent of German-American friendship, not whitewashing the past (he is really too young for WWII), but ready to move forward. It would have been interesting to watch his career w/o Y&R. Make the money, Eric!!
