Ned Bellamy
The Actors' Gang created some of the most compelling stage work in Los Angeles including Violence, Boys In The Back Room, Mephisto and Carnage, which they also performed at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Bellamy also appeared in The Mark Taper Forum's version of Nothing Sacred.
Most recently Bellamy has appeared in the Harold Ramis comedy The Ice Harvest, opposite John Cusack and Billy Bob Thornton. Following his role in Tenacious D in The Pick of Destiny, Ned will next be seen in The Contract starring Morgan Freeman and Wind Chill alongside Emily Blunt.
Bellamy has worked for over two decades on both the small and large screens, with some of the best directors in Hollywood including Robert Altman in The Player, Frank Darabont in The Shawshank Redemption, Tim Burton in Ed Wood, Spike Jonze in Being John Malkovich, Tony Scott in The Fan, and Simon West in Con Air.
On television, he has guest starred on Seinfeld, The Larry Sanders Show, Scrubs, Law & Order: SVU, CSI: NY & Miami and most recently on The Unit and Boston Legal.
Bellamy was born and raised in the Midwest. He currently lives in Los Angeles.
