| by TH I too also feel that he is underrated as an actor in many situations. He seems to be able to break through the stereotype of always playing the bad guy with pretty good success. Though, on a personal level, I prefer to see him play the bad guy because he's just SO darned good at it! You couldn't ask for a better bad guy! He just looks the part! Having had the pleasure of watching him grow in his career as I grew up in the 70's and 80's, it's good to see that he has been able to enjoy a moderate degree of success over such a long period of time. | by Clint Hickel It's well known that the real genius behind his ability to get hold of a character is the training he received from underground acting teacher George Parrish. Banks is a noted overachiever whose beliefs need shaping at every turn. His lack of ability at the poker table is well known. His somnabulent personality has held him in good stand with various casting directors. Comment on this... |

| by DALE STUART I THINK HE IS VERY UNDERATED AS AN ACTOR. WHENEVER I SEE HIM IN MOVIES MY EYES ARE FOR SOME INEXPLAINED REASON DRAWN TO HIM. VERY GOOD ACTOR. BEST ROLE FOR ME WAS AS DUTCH SCHULTZ IN THE GANGSTER CHRONOCLES. Comment on this... |
