| by Ravella I just watched the show last night, called "The Cat's Meow", about William Randolph Hearst and Marion Davies. I was intrigued, and came on the web to get more info. It interested me about the death of the producer, Tom Ince, and I wondered if anything more was ever said of Ince's death with respect to Hearst's involvement. Also, it seems 'in the movie', that Louella Parsons and Charlie Chaplin knew about it, but did they ever say? Guess that's showbiz. Comment on this... |

| by Patricia I am reading about Marion/Hearst and enjoying it very much. She was more child-like than anything else in this world, but she surely did turn into a very rich woman, and was all over the world with a fascinating life. Guess there is nothing wrong with being a "dumb blonde." I don't know if anyof her movies are available anywhere, but I'd love to see her act/or not act, whichever the case may be.
