Jeffrey Combs
Combs is a native Californian and grew up in the Central Coast region of the state. He attended the Pacific Conservatory of the Performing Arts in Santa Maria, CA and is a graduate of the Actor's Training Program at the University of Washington in Seattle. His theatre background includes appearances at The Old Globe Theatre in San Diego, CA, Arizona Theatre Company, Mark Taper Forum, and South Coast Repertory where he received an LA Drama Critics Circle award for his portrayal as Christy in Playboy of the Western Word.
Combs' television credits are numerous including appearances on The Twilight Zone, Babylon 5 and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. Most notably, Combs portrayed three different recurring roles on two different Star Trek series: Weyoun and Brunt on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine and Shran on Star Trek: Enterprise. All tolled, Combs appeared in nearly 50 episodes within the Star Trek franchise.
Among his extensive film roles, Combs is perhaps best known for his performances in the films, Re-Animator, From Beyond, Love and a .45, and The Frighteners directed by Peter Jackson.
