Saskia Reeves
Saskia Reeves is a theatrically trained British actress with experience in film, television and theater. She has starred in a number of London stage productions including Orpheus Descending at the Donmar Warehouse, Darker Face Of The Earth at the Royal National Theatre and Separation at the Comedy Theatre, West End. Her many feature films include December Bride, Close My Eyes and Butterfly Kiss. Her television work includes TNT's A Christmas Carol and numerous BBC productions, such as In My Defence, which brought her to the attention of Dune director John Harrison.
Born and raised in London to a Dutch mother and English father, who is himself an accomplished actor, Saskia took an early interest in drama and continues to do so, first studying at the London Guildhall School of Speech and Drama and since working with the likes of Mike Leigh, Stephen Poliakoff and Nicholas Hytner.
