Hard Earned Love - Gretchen Wilson (Thu Apr 14, 2005 6:40pm ET)report post
by Jim Colyer
I am a Nashville songwriter. I am pitching Hard Earned Love to Gretchen Wilson. Listen>http://www.jimcolyer.com/music/

HARD EARNED LOVE

I've come across the desert in the burning sun
I've been the lonely one
My heart's beating rhythm
My soul's on fire tonight
I got 'em standing in line
I can have my choice
But you're the one I'm thinking of
I'm really, really ready
I'm ready for some Hard Earned Love

Been working all week just to earn my pay
Living for Saturday
Another Friday night
Stepping out with a man like you
I'll wear my shortest skirt
My high heel shoes
Pick me up at 8
I'm really, really ready
I'm ready for some Hard Earned Love

I am recently preparing a lecture of topic of gender identity, seeing this movie "to wong foo, thanks for everything, julie newmar", I soon searched on the web and found that she played "cat woman" in the batman TV series. An amazing feeling.

I live in Taiwan and now in my 30's.
