| by Dixie Patricia Neal's granddaughter Phoebe was in the preschool on Sanibel Island, Florida where I taught with Diane Barone. Patricia visited her daughter Lucy Faircloth and family. Chloe is Phoebe's little sister. I read Patricia Neal's autobiography which I found in the Captiva Library. There was a lovely article about her in the Sanibel newspaper. I have just reread that book. I,too, suffered an aneurysm at age 29 and carried on with two children. Thank God we can still help our family. I would love to know where her granddaughters are now. I trust Ms. Neal is well and enjoying her family and friends. Comment on this... |

I had previously seen her in The Day the Earth Stood Still and found her to be a women who posesses unique and wonderfully charismatic qualities. She may well be one of the most underrated actresses of the cinema.
