Tatyana Ali
Tatyana Ali is a sophomore at Harvard University majoring in government and Afro American Studies. She is best known for the six years she played the younger sister on the NBC-TV series The Fresh Prince of Bel Air starring Will Smith. Born of a Trinidadian East India father and a Panamanian mother, Ali studied acting, singing, and dancing as a child in New York. Her early stage experience included the Broadway production of the dramatic August Wilson play Fences. At age seven, she appeared on the syndicated television show Star Search where her vocal talents led her to victory in two rounds. Ali has co-starred in the comedy Jawbreaker and has guest starred on several television shows including 413 Hope Street, In the House and Living Single as well as the TV movies Fall Into Darkness and Foster's Last Trip. She is also an international pop singer having recorded the album Kiss the Sky, a modern R & B journey, released on the MJJ Music label.
