Perhaps now long forgotten but I had the pleasure to watch "Maytime" recently, and yes, she was a dazzling star in the golden age. She lives up to what has been written about her. Beautiful, vivacious, and a beautiful voice, and teamed with nelson Eddy, dynamite. She should not be forgotten. Stars of this quality are few and far between.
I now play Jeanette& Nelson on my Community Radio program in tasmania, Australia, and they get a favourable reaction
