| by Ivan Jodie Foster is one of the great actors of all times. No matter the bad quality of the films shes so far enroled, her acting and the power of her physical language makes her one of the best of all times. The movies she makes are all -save for Taxi Driver and Silence of the lambs- forgettable. Ill easily forget the movie, but i wont forget the way she moved her hands, winked an eye, waved a goodbye, looked silently at something or somebody -theres always something very humane in the characters shes played. And yet, when she speaks, when Jodie Foster speaks, not the characters she plays, is like listening to a great master of speech and thought: clear, short and deep. | by gina i just don't think jodie is that hot. i don't see why she got an award for silence of the lambs. her acting in nell however was great. i do not think this woman is a beauty. i don't hate her but i do not think she has the awesome screen image everyone seems to think she has. she is rather dull, actually. no, i am not jealous, but i would love to have her money.
