| by Cat Anderson I had just recently discovered Olivier! He has such an artistic style and captivating presence on screen, it's hard to notice that there is anyone else in the picture! I believe he should have been nominated for an "Oscar" for his supporting role as Paul Martel in Unfaithful. Next time around, it will be unlikely he'll be passed-up. He has simply too much talent not to make an impact on the film industry statewide. Even though he just oozes sensuality, I hope that he does not get "type-cast" in only "gigilo" roles. I'd like to have the pleasure of following his career-in more American films-with a variety of portrayls...but without a doubt... he is soooo KNOCKED-OUT GORGEOUS!! | by Tanya I've just recently become aware of Mr. Martinez thanks to the films Unfaithful and Horseman on the Roof. He is an extraordinary actor with intense screen presence and sex appeal. I would be a fool not no mention that this man is hotter than Hell (go, Mira)! I look forward to seeing much, much more of Olivier in coming films. P.S. Joyeux 37e anniversaire, Olivier! | by Juliet Howell-Percheron Hi, this is Juliet! I have been a fan of Olivier's for a while now and I think he is VERY talented.I do think however that he needs better roles in films. I would like to see him in a romantic comedy or in some more GOOD indie films with off-kilter roles...and I'd also like to see him in something that can express his ability to play a "darker" character. This man has an extreme presence,and I should know cos I have an eye for that sort of thing.... Please Olivier, do more american films!!! I'm dying over here!! I LOVE hearing this man speak english ;) We need more actors like Olivier Martinez in the USA. The other guys just don't do it for me. NOW, I'm not saying that Unfaithful wasn't cool, cos it was VERY cool(and it shocked me to see Olivier as that character) BUT,am I the only one who's P'd off cos they practically ignored him during interviews and such!!?? His face wasn't even shown on the movie poster!!!Just his arm and torso! I don't know if he wanted it that way or what, but I was upset by that. Olivier is really cool, and I respect him a lot. I think it's cool that he's shy!! I also have more respect for him cos he DIDN"T show his butt in the movie!! Ok, I'm done...  Comment on this... | ||||
