| by yalanda I don't think Jada should be cast as Winter either. I am reading the book for the second time and am still lovin' it like the first time. The do really need to make a movie!! I don't know who would be a good Winter but it has to be someone that has incredible skills and talent to play that roll. I think Jada is mad talented but nahhh. Maybe Halle Berry. | by eva I just read The Coldest Winter Ever and I love it. I don't read alot. I'm the kind of person that if I like a book ,I can't put it down, and if I don't I will be readin it forever I had it for 2 days and am almost finished. My friend heard about it from a friend and she read me some of it over the phone , I had to go and buy it. | by Maria I'd love to see Jada Pinkett produce "The Coldest Winter Ever" however I don't visualize her in the role of "Winter" at all - I think it would serve Souljah's writing well if they cast the film in New York - using less known but equally powerful actors who know the enviornment, the landscape, the nuances of Brooklyn - this will contribute to the film's credibility. A thought that just came to me - Jada may be able to pull off playing "Winter's" young mother. Does anyone out there know if and when production is slated to begin? -MPJ Comment on this... |
