Jennifer Garner
Garner recently wrapped production on The Kingdom, in which she stars alongside Jamie Foxx and Jason Bateman. The film follows a team of U.S. government agents who are sent to investigate the bombing of an American facility in the Middle East. It is slated for release on April 7th, 2007.
In 2005, Garner started her own production company with her personal assistant of many years, Juliana Janes. The company, Vandalia Films, is named after the original name for Jennifer's home state of West Virginia. Vandalia Films is slated to produce Be with You and Christmas in Connecticut.
Garner's film credits include Revolution Studios' smash hit 13 Going On 30. She was most recently seen in Elektra, the sequel to the hit action film Daredevil, in which she also starred opposite Ben Affleck.
Other film credits include Pearl Harbor, in which she co-starred with Ben Affleck and Josh Hartnett. Garner was also seen in the comedy Dude, Where's My Car?, Mr. Magoo, Deconstructing Harry, 1999, and Washington Square. Her television credits include series regular roles in the Jennifer Love Hewitt drama Time of Her Life and the Bright/Kaufman/Krane drama Significant Others. She also appeared in a recurring role on Felicity. She has guest starred on Spin City and Law & Order and has been featured in the television films Rose Hill, Dead Man's Walk, Zoya, and Harvest of Fire.
Garner has also participated in much off-screen work as a volunteer for many charitable organizations. She is an advocate for the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation and is also tied to the National Breast Cancer Foundation and Women's Cancer Research Fund. This past summer, Jennifer dedicated her time to the Children's Defense Fund and visited with victims of Hurricane Katrina.
Garner was born in Houston, raised in West Virginia, and currently resides in Los Angeles with her family.
