I have seen all his movies and have never been disapointed. We all love the way he woos us with his sexual voice. I rate him right up there with Bogey. Hope there are lots more movies coming our way. | by Susan Sharon is right!!!! Mr. Byrne is unbelievably talented and gifted. I had been in love with Richard Harris since I was 10. (I'm now 48). I was crushed when he died and may never get over the loss. Mr. Byrne, along with Sean Bean, are two of the greatest actors of our generation. What is it about the Irish and English? GORGEOUS AND TREMENDOUSLY GIFTED ACTORS. American actors pale in comparison...at least the ones from my generation. Comment on this... |

This is one of the most intelligent, introspective and interesting actors alive today. He appears to be a champion of independent films and the gods know we need more films that will appeal to those of us who can actually think. All right, I admit there was Ghost Ship. But it was fun and, unlike The Ring, didn't pretend to be anything other than what it was. I am sure he had a good reason. Besides, he still looks good. Now that we have lost Richard Harris, I pray Mr. Byrne will continue to perform and keep the Celtic flame burning brightly. Comment on this... |
