Hugely talented. Very telling of the chauvinism of both the times and the music industry that the scandal just about ruined her career while Jagger and company continued to thrive.

I have adored most everything that Marianne Faithfull has done! Her interpretations of Kurt Weill being among the highest, in my opinion. I hope that she returns to good health soon and allows us the opportunity to hear that voice in concert some more :o)
