| by Louis Weingarten Today is Sandy's birthday! It's her 60th. By the way, Bob McDowell is a member of my Yahoo group, the Sandy Duncan Group (now more than 100 members!). I've wondered about how he knows so much about Sandy. I have to find out here that he was once her assistant! He's never mentioned that on my group! Comment on this... |

| by Susan Lanford I am a somewhat very distant relative of Sandy's and have always been proud of that. My grandparents are buried in the Duncan family cemetery in Henderson, Texas. My grandfather has the Duncan blood on his side of the family. My grandmother used to tell me every time she saw Sandy eating at the seafood restaurant in Henderson. I met Robin (her sister) at at "Chicago" concert at SFSU in 1973/1974 (??). I would love to get in touch with her even if it's just by mail ONE time to let her know how proud I am of her accomplishments! If anyone has an email or agent's address, would you please email me? Thanks! Comment on this... | ||||

| by Karen` does anyone remember a movie that sandy duncan starred in about a family that lived underwater in this futurist type house, they had a couple of kids and a pet seal, i think the dad in the movie worked as some kind of oceanographer, they had these little submarines as the family vehicle, they'd visit land and then return home underwater...there was a song in the movie that goes as follows "little goldfish, where are you going to, little goldfish let me swim along with you" it is really old, at least 25 yrs. it is such a cool movie, i watched it as a little kid and would love to see it again, i cannot remember the name of it Comment on this... | |||||||||

| by Louis Weingarten It seems that not that many people are inter- ested in Sandy Duncan. At least not enough to post anything here! Anyway, about six months ago I created a group on Yahoo! in hopes that there are some people like me out there who do like her. So far, there are 13 active members in the Sandy Duncan Group, and more are welcome. What I'm hoping for is that Sandy herself will find out about it and maybe send a post. I'm not holding my breath about it, though! In case you're interested, here is the URL: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/sandyduncan- group Thanks for reading! Comment on this... |
