Christa Miller got her start in entertainment early, appearing in an Ivory Snow ad when she was only three years old. By the time she was a teenager, she had begun a successful modeling career, working the runways of Europe and Japan. Her first primetime television role was on the sitcom, Kate & Allie, a part she auditioned for and landed without the help of her aunt, series star Susan Saint James. Upon moving to Los Angeles in 1990, Miller soon landed a role on the popular series Northern Exposure. Her other television credits include Seinfeld, Party of Five, and The Fresh Prince of Bel Air.
Among Krista Miller's movie credits are roles in the independent features The Operator and Goat on Fire and Smiling Fish. Her other film work includes Deceived and Love and Happiness. Miller also starred with Kellie Martin in the acclaimed made-for-television movie, A Friend to Kill For.
Krista Miller is also a competitive tennis player and an avid New York Giants fan. She would admit, however, that she would rather play sports than watch them. She lettered in four sports in high school, and currently participates in a coed softball league with her husband.
