Since leaving her MTV VJ post, DeLeon has made guest appearances on numerous series including The King of Queens, Shasta McNasty, For Your Love, Love Boat: The Next Wave, and The Wayans Bros., and also had a recurring role on Living Single.
Just prior to shooting The Expendables, DeLeon completed filming on the feature film Very Mean Men, in which she plays the female lead alongside Matthew Modine and Charles Durning. She also recently completed a supporting role in the Miramax film Ride. Prior to moving to Los Angeles, DeLeon, a New York native, performed in a variety of theatre productions. She currently studies with Arthur Mendoza at The Actors Circle Theatre in Los Angeles.
Her impressive range of dialects includes Spanish, TexMex, Southern, New York, Street Slang, Italian and Persian.
