Why is al franken allowed to assault an innocent american exercising his right to free speech at a dean rally?

Franken quote:

"I'm neutral in this race but I'm for freedom of speech, which means people should be able to assemble and speak without being shouted down."

He certainly was NOT for free speech and in fact ASSAULTS anyone that is not expressing the opinion that franken want to hear.

The hypocrisy sickens me.
