| wish there was more of this concert ... |
| Pleased However.... |
I'm not a big fan of Madonna and was disappointed to see and hear her on both the CD and the DVD.I admit she is very talented but would of liked to see or hear other bands that didn't even make it on either the CD or DVD. I will think twice before I decide to purchase the second edition of this concert.
I read other reviews before I ordered this and was surprised at how unhappy people seemed to be with the selections and I understand now why.
The day of the concert I saw and heard so many wonderful bands and hoped for a better selection when this edition was released.
I don't know who makes the decisions for these releases but was disappoined with a lot of the selections and found myself pushing the forward button many times. Where was Spinal Tap and some of the other bands that I enjoyed? I would of enjoyed more of Melissa Ethridge and Roger Waters instead of the duplication of these artist on both the CD and DVD. Come on people what happened to variety? So many things could of been better had corporate greed not had their hand in this...... January 6, 2008
