Try as she may Anna (Stefania Sandrelli) is unable to persuade her husband to have intimate moments with her in bed. In her frustration she takes to eating 'sweeties' almost non-stop. In her frenetic quest for sexual gratification Anna consults medium Olga a woman experienced in matters of the heart. The farce becomes riotous when the sex drugs provided by Olga and meant for the husband fall into the hands of the postman, the plumber and the family dog. For such a short film the sets are quite good and the wardrobe excellent. The classical music adds an urgent and exciting touch to the hilarious proceedings.
