After watching the series, I knew I had to get their CD. The CD is awesome, comes with pretty well all the songs in the first season. The bonus disc is just as good as the first disc. It has alot of funny material on it, the only thing I didn't like is how they didn't have the song were they're talking about sewing their chef back together. I gave this CD 5 stars because it's well put together, it has a lyric book, bonus tracks are all good, and the music video is awesome. Also, I saw these guys live, with Chimara and Soilent Green, probably the best show ever. Again, funny, but also really heavy, and one of the best mosh-pits ever.

this version is a hard one to find in stores, i know you can order it off the net now, but man, it took me forever to find a site online to find it for a decent price. got it last year sometime in the summer i think, and only paid 17 bucks for it. its worth getting the deluxe edition of this because of the bonus material on the second disc. i love this band, even though its a cartoon, it makes me laugh at how true it is in the parody of death metal (even though i am a fan of all metal personally, if you cant laugh at the music you like, then what can you do?) cant wait for the new season to start on sunday, hopefully a second season dvd will come out soon? i can only hope!
May 14, 2008 That some sellers were selling this for over $100 bucks and when I saw the price on Amazon it was too much at the time so I went to EBAY and won mine at auction for believe it or not $5.00 freaking bucks. The second disc in the deluxe edition sucks in comparison to the BRUTAL main DETHALBUM release.

This album is amazing. I have listened to it over and over at least 25 times since I got it. I have a friend who has never seen Metalocalypse but is into heavy music like Slayer... I let him borrow the cd and he loved it. Not really much to review... if you love Metalocalypse then you will love this album.

Brendon Small has created an brutal, dark, murderous, fist in your face, speaker blowing, ear bleeding, (did I say brutal) metal CD!!! I must say however, I was a bit disappointed that "Sewn back together wrong" and "Crush my battle opponent's balls" were not on here. That said, the CD is still well worth having. If you can, I'd recomend waiting for Amazon to get a new shipment from Williams Street otherwise, if you just gotta have it, you'll have to pay a premium to the vendors that sell through Amazon.
