Average user review:Wing's was and is a great show. Gee whiz almost ten years to wait to see it when lesser ones that lasted nary a season popped onto DVD. My only hope is that they will have extras soon. The cast seemed to enjoy each other and embodie their roles and that added to the fun and reality of it all. I missed it when it went off and am mighty glad it's finally on DVD. February 4, 2008

until Season 6...Love that Lowell... January 24, 2008
We love Wings!
My husband loved this show when it first came out, and when it finally came on DVD, we bought up each season as it was released, and can't wait to get the rest. I remember watching it occasionally when it first came on TV, but now that we own it we both watch it all the time! It's a great sit-com and a good replacement for all of the hours that we have previously spent watching all of our 10 seasons of FRIENDS DVDs. Actually, we have found quite a few similarities to the plots of the two. If you are a fan of both, then watch carefully and you'll see what we mean. January 20, 2008
Great show, finally on DVD.
My mom and I loved this show when it first aired. We were puzzled as to why it wasnt on dvd yet, since there were lesser tv shows on dvd already. Both of us were glad to see theyve come to their senses and have put this show out on dvd.
The discs are wonderful, everything looks great. If you loved the show, buy these sets. January 7, 2008
Humor NOT found
Ok, so the title is misleading regarding the content of my review, but the negative comments always like to be read, so now is my chance to RAVE about WINGS!!!!!
I'll keep it short and sweet.
-Wings has humor that is not found in today's shows, or even those found in shows from the 90's.
-The cast was phenomenal. Simple, funny, and believeable.
-While watching Wings, you almost like you became part of their circle of friends.
-The show was WAYYYY before its time...kinda like Rick Astley.
-I started watching Wings when I was 12. You do the math to guess how old I am. And while you're at it...you can be in awe that the show captivated my attention. I taped all the episodes when they aired on USA.
-I had a MAJOR crush on Joe Hackett. That is one amazingly handsome man. He deserved more roles than what he got after Wings.
-Newer characters added were kinda annoying (Casey Chapel, Alex Lambert, etc)
-One man. One name. "Antonio Scrappachi." If you get that one, you're a true fan.
-After months of writing CBS and begging for them to release the show on DVD...they finally listened.
-I'll be showing my kids this show and God willing, they'll appreciate it as much as I did.
-If you like good humor, buy the DVDs. Do yourself a favor and watch Wings. You'll be hooked. By FAR, the best and most memorable sitcom if all time. It's my #1. December 14, 2007
