Always under-appreciated, Ringo seems to be the only Beatle that had fun and didn't take himself too seriously. His work with the fab four and his solo career proves that you can be sentimental or thoughtful while being humorous and upbeat at the same time.
In the booklet, Ringo says a bit about each song, which is quite enlightening. I love this record for parties, house cleaning, when my Mom is over, anytime. July 30, 2008

I hadn't listened to any of Ringo's songs since my teens and that's back 30 years!! So, when I saw this record I thought it was time to add it to my other ex Beatles albums and remember some of the stuff. I'm still feeling emotional about "Photograph" and "It don't come easy" because they are great songs and the production is 1st class and, of course, they bring back memories. And what about "Back off Boogaloo", I love George Harrison guitar. It's a pity that in the mid seventies his productions got a bit...down. I like the songs from 1993 onwards, it seems that he is back in form. February 13, 2008

Well Beatle fans here's another one for the CD rack. Ringo wasn't the strongest solo Beatle musically, but this compilation is in fact quite good. The songs are light and breezy and fun. There's also a gem in here titled "Weight of The World" along with a tribute song to the late George Harrison.
If you're a Beatle fan like me you'll need this disc to instantly update your solo Beatles collection. December 18, 2007

I own solo efforts by all the other Beatles and only had to add some Ringo music to my collection. I absolutely LOVE this Cd. Ringo's tribute to George had me literally in tears as I listened to it and reading the liner notes that went with each song helped to learn the "history" behind each of these recordings. Although Ringo doesn't have the best voice in the industry each of these songs is a classic and will become a much listened to cd in my collection September 24, 2007
