Although I would have preferred a movie about Saint Xavier, the documentary was well done and an amazing story. Another well done story about a Saint! April 7, 2008

Documentary not Drama

I really did enjoy the movie, but I was expecting a drama about his life and it was more a documentary. I always appreciate learning more about the saints so it was still worth my time. March 28, 2008

Excellent Video!

I heard from others that this was a very good video, so I went ahead and bought this since I was interested in Xavier and his life. I was not disappointed. It was beautifully done and gave me a good understanding of his life and how he followed the will of God. I enjoyed it so much that I decided to donate it to my Catholic Church's library so others could also watch it. March 8, 2007

Excellent, High Quality Documentary

I was skeptical when I first saw this film, because I was sure it was just more of the video hagiography-style type stuff you see on cable. I was very pleasantly surprised. It is an excellent film and its quality equals that of a PBS documentary. Liam Neeson is terrific as the narrator and the cinematography is breathtaking. I highly recommend it. December 19, 2006
