Jeff Hardy, Paul London & Brian Kendrick vs Mr. Kennedy, Trevor Murdoch & Lance Cade. The tag team division has been taken seriously thanks to the duo of Murdoch & Cade along with Kendrick & London. Of course, add in the talented Hardy & Kennedy & this is enjoyable six men tag match as everyone meshed well together.
ECW Champion CM Punk vs Big Daddy V. This was just horrible & it only lasts like two minutes. Punk vs Dreamer would have been a better contest but instead someone had a dumb idea for poor Punk. Not even the aftermath was worth watching.
Around here, they have a deep dish pizza eating contest between MVP & Matt Hardy. Lets just say that looking at Melina & Maria was the best part of this contest. To add insult to injury, that they advertised the Undertaker & Kane (who weren't even on this PPV) in a match with these two on free TV that Friday (and kept the advertisement on the DVD). Just like the previous match, save this for free TV & not a event people paid money for. Another waste of time.
WWE Champion Triple H vs Umaga. Vince McMahon kept his promise to the fans. Since he already advertised this match weeks ago. He decided to deliver and get under Triple H's skin. This match served it's purpose in not only telling the story of Triple H's offense not having an effect on Umaga but also delivering in weakening The Game...You will see why later on.. One more thing, this performance was topped a month later at Cyber Sunday in a Street Fight which was a better contest.
Rey Mysterio vs Finlay. I have read reviews stating that fans did not like this match. The ending was a screwjob but it was performed well as not only the crowd bought it but so did I. Anyways before the incident, this was back & forth struggle that again was nice to watch. Once again, their next encounter at Cyber Sunday in a Stretcher match made up for this one.
Triple H is in the trainers room when Vince walks in. Vince say that Orton has demanded his rematch clause for later tonight in a Last Man Standing match. Talk about a nice surprise.
Women's Champion Candice Michelle vs Beth Phoenix. The women's division has improved lately but this match will not show it. Candice got a shot here & there but this was a squash match for Beth to win the title.
Punjabi Prision Match: World Champion Batista vs. Great Khali. For those who haven't seen the previous one at the 2006 Great American Bash between Undertaker & Big Show, there is a bamboo cage around the ring with four trap doors. If a wrestler requests, a door is opened for 60 seconds, then is locked shut. A second bamboo cage surrounds ringside with spikes on the top of it. You have to escape both cages first to win. This was the best match out of their series but that is not saying much as both their Triple Threats (Bash & Unforgiven) were watchable whenever Khali wasn't in it and their SummerSlam match was the WORST title match I have ever seen. With the way the match is structured, they didn't have to focus so much on wrestling as opposed to just trying to follow the formula of "prevent the other guy from leaving & try to excape yourself" which works well concidering how Batista is only as good as his opposition is while Khali just isn't good in the ring to the point that I have no idea why he is still in wrestling.
Last Man Standing Match: WWE Champion Triple H vs Randy Orton. For those keeping track, this is the third Last Man Standing match of 2007 & in my opinion it is the best one of the year. As I mentioned, the earlier title match served it's purpose as Orton attacked Triple H's ribs throughout & looked dead set on finishing The Game for good. This was the best Orton/HHH encounter that I have ever seen as there were some brutal moments like Orton being thrown from one table to the other, getting hit in the head with the steps or even delivering an RKO on an opened chair. A very physical matchup between these two that ends when Triple H can not answer the count of ten after an RKO on the announce table & SO BEGINS THE AGE OF ORTON. A No Mercy Classic Main Event.
DVD extras include a post match interview with Batista, footage of John Cena's surgery, and Shawn Michaels' return to RAW during Orton's celebration ceremony the next night
Overall, the only real highlights of this show were the performances of Randy Orton & Triple H while the rest of the show was went from good(six men tag match) to watchable (Mysterio/Finlay, Batista/Khali) while the rest was nothing special or just plain horrible. It is worth a rental but only buy if your a fan of Orton or Triple H.

Vince McMahon comes out and says that John Cena is no longer the WWE Champion due to injury. Therefore the NEW WWE Champion is...RANDY ORTON! Oh Hell Yeah!!!...Orton says thats no one in the locker room can beat him...cue Triple H. Triple H says that Randy & Vince are chicken and have no balls to give him a title shot. Vince says you are on and we open for the first time ever on PPV a WWE Championshuip match.
WWE Championship:
Randy Orton (Champion) V. Triple H
awesome match here with great in ring work and great psychology. Triple H wins the title. ****...NO!!!!!!! That's not fair to Orton. Orton litterly gets his 15 minutes of fame before Triple H has to steal it from him again. Damn him!!!!
Jeff Hardy, Paul London, & Brian Kendrick
V.
Mr Kennedy, Lance Cade, & Trevor Murdoch
Good match here with Kennedy showing his ring work. Hardy, London, & kendrick show their highflying moves. Kennedy, Cade, & Murdoch win. ***1/4
Triple H is backstage with Batista with Batista saying good job and all this. Vince walks up to Triple H and says that since he was scheduled to face Umaga tonight that the match with take place and it is for the WWE Championship. That's great and all, but what about Orton???
ECW Championship:
CM Punk (Champion) V. Big Daddy V
horrible match because it was very short, like 2 minutes. Punk actaully got some ggod offense in but Striker comes in and Punk wins by DQ. 1/4*
WWE Championship:
Triple H (Champion) V. Umaga
Good match, wacthable, but it really didn't have that "it" factor to make it special. Just a normal match with Triple H retaining. **1/2.
Finlay V. Rey Mysterio
Good match here that could have been better. Match ends in a No Contest cause Finlay fakes an injury to attack Rey. ***
Triple H is in the trainers room when Vince walks in. Vince say that Orton has demanded his rematch clause for later tonight in a Last Man Standing match. YES!!!
WWE Women's Championship:
Candice Michelle (Champion) V. Beth Phoenix
Better than their Unforgiven match, but no by much. Beth wins the title in a watchable women's match. **
Punjabi Prison Match for the World Heavyweight Champonship:
Batista (Champion) V. Great Khali
ok match. I actually like the rules in this match, but you need to right people in there to make it work and these are not the right people. Khali destroys Batista. All four inter doors close Khali climbs over the first cage and starts to climb the second, Batista climbs the first cage and jumps to the second, climbs over and wins. *1/2
Last Man Standing Match for the WWE Championship:
Triple H (Champion) V. Randy Orton
This is the first time ever that the WWE Championship has been defended three times at one PPV. Anyways, awesome match with great psychology and work. Triple H can't answer the ten count after an RKO on the announce table. **** YES....THE AGE OF ORTON HAS STARTED!!!...RANDY ORTON IS THE WWE CHAMPION!!!!!!!
Overall, a very good show with three WWE Championship matches. The undercard was a little disappointing, but the suspense of the night was just great.

| No Mercy 2007: Suck It Orton! |
Vince McMahon comes out and awards Orton the title then leads to HHH coming out and challenging Orton and then the ppv starts.
1. WWE Championship- Triple H vs. Randy Orton
This was a rally good match. The crowd really loved it too it really got you into the match. A really good opener. triple h gets the roll up on orton and becomes champ for the 11th time. 4/5
2. Jeff hardy, Kendick & London vs. Cade, Murdoch, & Kennedy
This was a very fast paced six man tag that really got going early in the match. murdoch takes a sicking looking inverted suplex from jeff mid way in the match. Kennedy hits the kendo bomb on london for the win for his team. 3/5
3. ECW Championship- CM Punk vs. Big Daddy V
This match really never got started. cm punk got a couple of shots on big daddy v then after 6, 7 minutes into the match striker gets involved and cm punk wins via disqualification. worst match of the night. 2/5
4. MVP and matt hardy in a pizza eating contest.
I personally do not like these segments, this wrestling not an eating company but nothing really came out of this except for matt vomitting on mvp after matt won. 2/5 for the entertainment.
5. WWE Championship Triple h vs. umaga
This match was pretty good as well. a couple of good spots in the match. umaga hits the ring post then hhh hits the pedigree for the win. 3/5
6. Rey mysterio vs. Finlay
this match was very good also. the high flying and fast paced of rey mixed in with the dirty brawler finlay became a really good match. a good match all the way untill it became a no contest but still a good match. 4/5
7. Women's Championship- Candice vs. Beth pheonix
This match was mostly all one sided with beth destroying candice. candice got a couple of some good shots in on beth but it was mostly beth all match. still pretty good for a womens math though. beth wins. 3/5
8. Batista vs. The great khali- pujambi prison match
I saw the ppm at the TGAB last year and did not like it what so ever but this match surprised me very much. I liked how they forced batista and khali to climb over both structures and not one. this match really got exciting in the last 10 mintues. it becamed a race for batista and khali but khali just was not fast enough. pretty good match you will get surprised by this one. 4/5
9. Triple H vs. Randy orton- last man standing
this was a great main event and even greater with cena not in it. this was just a pheomenal match. it really got close a couple of times but orton and hhh managed to stand before the 10 count. this match had everything in it even hhh giving orton the suck it sign after orton gave the rko to hhh on a steal chair. orton hits the rko to hhh on the table to become the 2nd time champ in one night. 5/5
No Mercy was a great ppv and the 3 title matches really saved it. No Mercy is worth every dollar. get it you wont be sorry. November 25, 2007
