well i cant complain too much, i saw orlando bloom in a middle-rate movie. he is just a great guy.
but i thought the movie to be better, at least i purchased it cheap.
only two stars not five as shown. June 24, 2008

Wanna see a riveting film about white collar crime and ethnic tensions in the Cayman Islands? Well, keep looking, this isn't it. Spectacular local footage and some star power (Bill Paxton, Orlando Bloom) don't begin to compensate for the unappealing characters, rambling script, uneven pacing, embarrasingly over-the-top performances and not one, but two muddled and confusing plotlines, in this mess of a film by first time director Frank Flowers. Go back to film school, Frank, and work (hard) on your direction and editing. Or consider making travel films. June 1, 2008

If there hadn't been so much unnecessary cursing. Otherwise, a compelling, gritty story with two subplots that merge at the end. If you want a happy ending, this is not your movie. If you want a believable story about love and hate, greed and betrayal, this is it. December 16, 2007

I just finish watching this movie (I bought it on Amazon a few days ago). I'm not understanding the bad reviews. I had never heard of it till I saw a preview for it some days ago and decided to buy it here. The only "flaw" I saw in this movie was that it tried to follow too many stories/characters. However, it wasn't so much so that it was in any way distracting.

I say it's worth seeing. =-) October 28, 2007

the introduction of all the characters had me baffled at first. I couldn't see the connection. It wasn't until Shy(Orlando Bloom) went to the party that everything came together. The language was a bit rough but all in all I enjoyed the movie. Isn't that what it's about, enjoying and being entertained. I found myself in tears at the end because of the broken lives that seem to stem from one incident. Those who are left behind to figure out what went wrong and why. I must admit I got the movie because Orlando Bloom was in it. I love everything he does. This is no exception. Other than the language and a few indiscreet moments that could have been left out, the film did what it was suppose to do, entertain me. July 7, 2007
