i would read the book first and then watch the movie, the book is better but the movie gives you more of a reality picture of what you can see and do. I have recieved so much more insights to things in life. the movie is very helpful. August 29, 2008

The book changed my thinking when it came out years ago and so I was excited to see it on DVD. It appears to be a low budget movie but it gets the message across. I have enjoyed it enough to have watched it a few times.
I even bought it for my best friend before her trip to Peru. August 8, 2008

I read and enjoyed the book and was very much looking forward to seeing the movie.
I think it lost something in the translation.
However if you've not read the book, you might enjoy it.
Rent it first. Or better yet, if you haven't already, read the book.
